Welcome to the Hoglet Experience

FIRST Team 587, The Hedgehogs, hosts their 3rd annual robotics summer camp.  In this one week summer camp, kids in grades 4th through 8th, will learn how to build and program a Lego Mindstorm robot. This camp is designed, organized, and run by students and team mentors. Our mission is to help kids learn teamwork and problem solving skills through hands on experiences. Each camp day includes robotics activities, arts and crafts, games, educational lessons about engineering, and additional outdoor activities. The campers will work in small teams to build and program the robots. They will finish with a small competition on the last day of camp.
